Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom woven tapes, lanyards, elastic cords and customized products are made according to your exclusive size, color, logo and craft requirements. No return, exchange or full refund is accepted once production starts.
2. Before mass production: We will send pre-production samples for your confirmation. If you reject the sample due to your own changed demands, you need to bear the sample cost and mold cost; we will refund the deposit only after deducting relevant expenses.
3. Quality defects caused by our factory: If products have weaving defects, wrong colors, wrong sizes inconsistent with confirmed samples, we support free re-production or partial refund after you provide clear photos/videos for verification.
4. Refusal reasons we cannot accept: Customers dislike the color, size mismatch due to inaccurate customer size provision, wrong design submitted by buyers, delayed customer receipt, market sales slump and other personal reasons.
5. Shipping cost: Return shipping fees for quality issues are covered by us; returns from personal preference shall be fully borne by the buyer.
