Legal Disclaimer

1. All custom textile cords, woven straps and accessories are manufactured per buyer’s confirmed specifications, artwork and samples. The company shall not be liable for losses arising from buyer’s incorrect design, size, color or trademark authorization.
2. The buyer warrants that all patterns, logos, texts and graphics provided do not violate any third-party trademark, copyright, patent or other intellectual property rights. The buyer shall bear full legal liability for any infringement disputes.
3. Slight manual weaving tolerance (±1–2mm in width/thickness) is normal industry standard and not regarded as defective goods.
4. Force majeure including natural disasters, port congestion, policy restrictions, factory equipment failure will suspend delivery schedule without liquidated damages.
5. All transactions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation first; if failed, litigation shall be held at the local court of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province.
